Terms of Service

1Eligibility

• You must be 18 years or older to register on this platform
• You must be a genuine UPSC CSE aspirant or related competitive exam candidate
• One account per person — multiple accounts are not permitted
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials

2Course Enrolment and Access

• Course access is granted upon successful payment and enrolment confirmation
• Access is personal and non-transferable — sharing login credentials is prohibited
• Study materials, recorded lectures and notes are for personal use only — not for redistribution
• Batch timings and schedules are subject to change with prior WhatsApp notification
• Online classes are conducted via Zoom — students must have stable internet access
• Offline classes are at our Hyderabad centre — attendance is the student's responsibility

3Fees and Payments

• All fees are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) inclusive of applicable taxes
• Payments are processed securely via Razorpay (UPI, Cards, NetBanking, Wallets)
• EMI plans are available — installments must be paid by the due date
• Late payment may result in temporary suspension of portal access
• Fee receipts are sent to your registered WhatsApp number and available in the student portal

4Refund Policy

• Within 7 days of enrolment: Full refund if no classes attended and no materials downloaded
• Within 30 days: 50% refund if fewer than 10 classes attended
• After 30 days: No refund — partial credit towards another course may be considered at our discretion
• Test Series: Non-refundable once any test is attempted or question paper downloaded
• Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method

5Test Series and Evaluation

• Test schedules are published in advance and cannot be rescheduled for individual students
• Mains descriptive answer copies must be uploaded within 48 hours of the test date
• Evaluation and feedback are provided within 7 working days of submission
• Marks awarded by faculty are final — re-evaluation is not available
• Leaderboard rankings are based on marks obtained and published after all copies are evaluated

6Intellectual Property

• All study materials, notes, videos, question papers and model answers are the intellectual property of ANTHROPOLOGY and KV Ramesh
• Unauthorised sharing, reproduction, uploading to YouTube, Telegram or any platform is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action
• Screenshots and recordings of live classes are prohibited without written permission
• Students grant us permission to use anonymised test performance data for curriculum improvement

7Code of Conduct

Students are expected to maintain respectful conduct in all interactions:

• Respectful communication with faculty and staff via WhatsApp, portal and in-person
• No use of offensive language, harassment or discriminatory behaviour
• Academic integrity — submitting your own work in tests and answer copies
• Violations may result in immediate account suspension without refund

8Limitation of Liability

• ANTHROPOLOGY provides coaching and preparation support — UPSC selection depends on the examination board and is beyond our control
• We do not guarantee UPSC selection or any specific result
• Service interruptions due to technical issues, internet outages or force majeure events are not grounds for refund
• Our liability is limited to the fee paid for the specific course in question

9Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Hyderabad, Telangana. We encourage resolution of disputes through direct communication before any legal proceedings.

10Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated via WhatsApp to enrolled students. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
