3WhatsApp Communication

By providing your mobile number and enrolling on our platform, you consent to receive WhatsApp messages from ANTHROPOLOGY on 9310364056 for:

• One-Time Passwords (OTP) for enrollment and login verification
• Class schedule reminders and Zoom/offline session links
• Test series notifications, result publications and evaluation feedback
• Fee payment reminders and receipts
• Study materials, PYQ analysis and important announcements
• Birthday greetings and motivational messages

You may opt out of non-essential WhatsApp messages at any time by sending STOP to our WhatsApp number. OTP messages cannot be opted out as they are required for account security.

4Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored on secured VPS servers hosted in India. We implement the following security measures:

• Passwords stored using bcrypt hashing — never in plain text
• Razorpay processes all payments — we do not store card or UPI details
• Uploaded documents (answer copies, materials) stored in protected server directories

8Age and Eligibility

Our platform is designed for UPSC CSE aspirants who are typically 21 years of age or older (minimum age for UPSC Civil Services Examination). We do not knowingly collect data from individuals under 18 years of age. If you believe a minor has registered on our platform, contact us immediately for account removal.

9Data Retention

We retain your personal data for the following periods:

• Active student records: Duration of enrolment + 3 years
• Payment records: 7 years (as required by Indian financial regulations)
• Test scores and feedback: Duration of enrolment + 2 years
• WhatsApp message logs: 90 days for operational purposes
• Deleted accounts: Anonymised within 30 days of deletion request

10Changes to This Policy
